“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
This might seem like an interesting verse to do a devotion on considering the fact that this is a verse that God was saying in a specific situation. Strictly speaking, He said it to the Israelites while they were held captive in Babylon. I think this is still a good verse to do a devotion on though considering the fact that this is a truth about God that we should still hold onto.
