Devotion: Proverbs 4:23

“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.” - Proverbs 4:23

This might be a sort of confusing verse for people if they haven’t dived into it’s meaning (and especially if they aren’t a believer). What does it mean to keep your heart with all vigilance?
